This equipment is designed for large-sized strip products that need to be turned 90° into the main equipment (kin or dryer) according to the production process requirements. During work, the pallets and guides rise at the same time. The pallet rotates smoothly on the guide trough by 90°, drops to the transmission roller bar, and then transports to the next equipment.
The advantage of this equipment over traditional U-turn machines is that the product rises at the same time as the pallets and guides are raised. During turning, the pallets slide smoothly on the guides and do not cause distortion due to large product sizes or heavy billets.The guide groove is a high-density wear-resistant hard plastic.
